Videofy Studios provides AI-powered video production services, including but not limited to:

• Automated video creation and editing
• AI-generated content and effects
• Video optimization and enhancement
• Custom video production services
• Cloud-based video processing

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our technology
• Not use our services to create harmful or offensive content

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Videofy Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to process and enhance your content using our AI technology.

Payment for our services is due according to the billing cycle you select. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Taxes are additional where applicable

We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Videofy Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Videofy Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
